Health by Hayley — AI Chiropractic Assistant
AI chat widget built for a chiropractic clinic. Answers patient questions about care, first appointments, and conditions treated — with a Book a Consultation CTA.

First-time chiropractic patients almost always have questions before they'll book — what actually happens in a session, whether their specific issue is treatable, what to expect. Without answers, they leave and don't come back.
Health by Hayley is a chiropractic clinic in Australia. The brief was to build an AI assistant that could answer patient questions about care, first appointments, and conditions treated — and route interested patients toward a booking.
The widget is embedded on the clinic website and powered by the Claude API. It's trained on chiropractic care context specific to Hayley's practice — first visit experience, conditions treated, what to expect — and routes every conversation toward a booking CTA. Patients get confident answers at any hour. Hayley gets warmer leads and fewer repetitive enquiries.
Built on Next.js and deployed on Vercel.
Why this matters
The interesting engineering problem here was context specificity — a generic Claude prompt gives generic answers. The assistant needed to be grounded in Hayley's actual practice: her first visit process, the conditions she treats, her consultation style. Getting that specificity right is what separates a useful assistant from an annoying chatbot.
