First-time chiropractic patients almost always have questions before they'll book — what actually happens in a session, whether their specific issue is treatable, what to expect. Without answers, they leave and don't come back.

Health by Hayley is a chiropractic clinic in Australia. The goal was to reduce that drop-off: give prospective patients a way to get their questions answered instantly, feel comfortable with the process, and convert to a booking — without requiring Hayley's time for every pre-consultation query.

The widget is embedded on the clinic website and powered by the Claude API. It's trained on chiropractic care context specific to Hayley's practice — first visit experience, conditions treated, what to expect — and routes every conversation toward a booking CTA. Patients get confident answers at any hour. Hayley gets warmer leads and fewer repetitive enquiries.

Built on Next.js and deployed on Vercel.

Why this matters

Most small business AI implementations are generic chatbots bolted onto a site. This one is built around a specific patient journey — the questions someone asks before deciding whether to book their first chiropractic appointment. That specificity is what makes it useful rather than annoying.
